Bob Wilson

Intro: Hi, my name is Bob Wilson and I am the lead pastor here at the Ithaca Vineyard. My main responsibilities at the Vineyard include the Sunday morning teaching as well as providing leadership and direction to the church.

Basic Stuff: My wife Liz and I moved to Ithaca in 1994 to begin a campus ministry at Cornell University and lead a team of people to start the Ithaca Vineyard in 1999. We currently live in the city Ithaca with our three high quality daughters.

Birthdate: June 20, 1966 in Dunkirk, NY

Education: B.S. in Business Administration (Specialization in Human Resources Management)

Places to visit: Manhattan, Boston, California, & the Dominican Republic

Coffee shop: One that serves coffee

Music on my iPod: Bruce Cockburn, Joe Jackson, Talking Heads, U2, Peter Gabriel, Vineyard & Passion worship

Books: In addition to stuff on Christian development, I love reading stuff on business & leadership.

What I DVR: Lost, Monk, The Office & 24.

Sports teams: Boston Red Sox, Ithaca Shooting Stars (my daughters hockey team).

Hobbies: Playing with my kids, messing around with my computer, & I am attempting to learn photography

Pet Peeves: When people run red lights...which is basically a constant thing in Ithaca.

Weird Fact: When I was a kid my dad dragged me to a big country western music festival. A friend & I were going around getting autographs & we got invited on to one of the tour buses to meet the musician & the band. As we were walking away, I looked at the autograph said, "who is Barbara Mandrell?" and threw it away.
